Seven-Psychopaths-PosterMartin McDonagh (In Bruges) returns to the big screen this year with Seven Psychopaths, another McDonagh film destined to be a cult classic for years to come.

Having won the Midnight Madness Award at TIFF, the film was released in the US last month, and is finally arriving on our shores in the first week of December, and now Momentum have released a new UK TV spot, following the UK trailer we saw a few weeks back.

“Written and Directed by Oscar(R)-winner Martin McDonagh, the comedy Seven Psychopaths follows a struggling screenwriter (Colin Farrell) who inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends (Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell) kidnap a gangster’s (Woody Harrelson) beloved Shih Tzu. Co-starring Abbie Cornish, Tom Waits, Olga Kurylenko and Zeljko Ivanek.”

Colin Farrell reunites with McDonagh following In Bruges, and is joined by an all-star cast, headed up by Sam Rockwell, Woody Harrelson, Christopher Walken, Abbie Cornish, Olga Kurylenko, and Tom Waits, with McDonagh directing once more from his own script.

Seven Psychopaths is currently still playing in a number of theatres across the US, and will be released in the UK and Ireland on 5th December. I can’t wait. Here’s the new TV spot to whet your appetites.
