Led by Billy Crystal, who will always be known to me as Monsters, Inc.’s Mike Wazowski, Parental Guidance will be bringing a warm dose of family comedy this holiday season, hitting theatres in just over a month’s time.
With the film’s release on the horizon, and after seeing the first trailer back in September, a new trailer has landed over at MSN, and we’ve been sent the UK quad poster to go along with.
“Comedy legends Billy Crystal and Bette Midler play Artie and Diane Decker, who are called in by their daughter (Marisa Tomei) to help care for their three grandkids.
When their old-school parenting methods collide with their daughter’s new-school ways, the once-orderly household spins out of control.”
Crystal stars alongside Bette Midler (Beaches), Marisa Tomei (The Ides of March), Tom Everett Scott (Southland), Bailee Madison, Joshua Rush, and Kyle Harrison Breitkopf.
Andy Fickman (She’s the Man) is behind the camera, directing from a script first penned by Lisa Addario and Joe Syracuse (Surf’s Up), with Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel (Parenthood) penning the rewrite.
Parental Guidance will be hitting US theatres on Christmas Day, and will arrive on our shores a day later on Boxing Day here in the UK. For now, here’s the latest trailer for the film, followed by the UK quad poster, which you can click through to enlarge.
