During the series premiere of Gotham last night in the US, 20th Century Fox released a brand new trailer for Matthew Vaughn’s big screen adaptation of Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons’ Kingsman: The Secret Service.

The first trailer offered up a good idea of what we should expect in terms of story along with plenty of great action sequences, but the focus shifts here to Samuel L. Jackson’s very unique villain. We also get to hear a catchy new song from Iggy Azalea featuring Ellie Goulding, as well as a better look at the supporting cast.

Vaughn co-wrote the script with Jane Goldman, and Kingsman: The Secret Service focuses on the story of an agent (Colin Firth) in a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid (Taron Egerton) into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius. The cast also includes, Michael Caine, Mark Strong and Star Wars’ Mark Hamill.

The comic book series was a lot of fun, and while it appears as if this won’t be an entirely faithful adaptation, it has all the makings of a great movie with a terrific team in front and behind the camera.

Originally set for release this November, Kingsman: The Secret Service is now set for February 2015!
