Will Mad Men’s seventh and final season jump ahead in time? It certainly seems that way based on the teaser below as we hear Diana Ross’ 1976 number one single “Love Hangover” play over what looks like a very 1970s aesthetic. The first half of season seven took place in 1969, so it would make a lot of sense!

Mad Men has run through the 1960s since it began, and while it’s certainly possible that the final episodes will still take place in 1969, there’s every chance that the series could jump ahead to 1976 at some point.

Unfortunately, we just don’t know for sure due to the fact that plot details are being kept a closely guarded secret. For all we know, each episode will skip a year or two, but we’ll find out for sure when Man Men returns in April! AMC handled the final season in a very unique way, splitting the season into two and spreading the episodes out over two years (possibly because it worked so well for them with Breaking Bad).

Also below is a new poster for Mad Men’s last batch of episodes, with Don Draper (Jon Hamm) looking ahead…to the future? Be sure to stay tuned to HeyUGuys as we’ll bring you more details as they arrive.
