While the first Star Wars Anthology movie (Rogue One) will seemingly focus on some new characters, the second is rumoured to revolve around Boba Fett. A new report sheds further light on that, as it reveals Han Solo will also be the focus of this movie, adding that it will take place before the events of A New Hope.

Marvel Comics have been filling in the gaps between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, but it appears as if these Anthology movies will reveal more about the years following Revenge of the Sith.

The site goes on to add that the likes of Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, and Bossk will make appearances.

Take this all with a pinch of salt for now as it’s definitely just a rumour, but the prospect of a Star Wars movie revolving around the rivalry between Boba Fett and Han Solo is definitely exciting. Josh Trank was originally set to direct of course, but now Jon Favreau and Matthew Vaughn are named as favourites.

Finally, the third Star Wars Anthology movie is apparently being lined up for a 2020 release, and it will apparently be mythological and spiritual” based. Could this mean we’re getting a Yoda origin story?
