Following the release of the first official trailer and posters for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, a new batch of promo art has surfaced which gives us our best look yet at Gal Gadot (Fast & Furious) as Wonder Woman. The colours look a lot closer to the comic books than most fans had expected after Warner Bros. revealed a gloomy looking official image of the actress as the Amazonian Princess at Comic-Con last year.
Wonder Woman’s role in Batman v Superman remains something of a mystery as it’s still not clear whether she will make a cameo appearance or take on a larger role. Either way, we do know that Wonder Woman will take centre stage in both the upcoming Justice League movie and a solo outing which is set for 2017.
Michelle MacLaren was originally set to helm that, but Patty Jenkins recently took over directing duties.
