Neighbors-Poster-sliceNicholas Stoller returns behind the camera next spring to bring us Neighbors, pitting Seth Rogen against Zac Efron in what is sure to be one of the comedy highlights of the year.

The first red-band trailer landed online back in September, giving us a hilarious first look at what’s to come. Now Universal has debuted the theatrical trailer over on Yahoo Movies, along with the first poster, giving us even more reasons to look forward to this next year.

Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne lead the cast of Neighbors, a comedy about a young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby.

Rose Byrne stars as Rogen’s other half, with Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Jake Johnson, Jason Mantzoukas, Craig Roberts, Ike Barinholtz, and Lisa Kudrow completing the ensemble very nicely.

Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) directs from a script by debut writers Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien.

Previously titled Townies, Neighbors will be released in the US and UK on May 9th, 2014. (Although, a little annoyingly, it will be titled ‘Bad Neighbours’ here in the UK.) Can’t wait.
