You might have seen the post I put up a while ago which showed just how director, Gore Verbinski chose to direct his new movie Rango. It’s an animated feature but he wanted his actors to get more hands on that just speaking into a microphone. To achieve this, he had them actually acting on set. Things you see them do in the movie, the actors actually did themselves acting opposite one another with a team of audio experts chasing them round the room to catch the action.

Rango has a voice cast which includes Johnny Depp, Isla Fisher, Bill Nighy, Ray Winstone, Timothy Olyphant, Abigail Breslin, Alfred Molina and is directed by original director of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, Gore Verbinski.
