Potentially not what you’d normally expect to see on HeyUGuys but when we were given the chance to interview the majority of the cast from smash-hit TV show Downton Abbey, we jumped at the opportunity. We sent our seasoned Downton expert Sophie Coop along with our cameraman Will Roberts to take on the mammoth Downton interview marathon.
The show ended it’s 6 season run on ITV earlier this week and ahead of the season, we got to chat with the likes of Lesley Nicol (Mrs. Patmore), Sophie McShera (Daisy), Rob-James Collier (Thomas), Michael Fox (Andy) , Phyllis Logan (Mrs Hughes), Penelope Wilton (Isobel Crawley), Kevin Doyle (Molesley), Jim Carter (Carson), Joanne Froggatt (Anna) and Lord and Lady Grantham themselves, Hugh Bonnevile and Elizabeth McGovern.
Over the course of this week, we’ll be placing our interviews for you all to enjoy. Today we get to hear from Michelle Dockery who plays Lady Mary Crawley in the show. She gives her thoughts on why she thinks people warm to Mary even though Mary herself can be so cold to others.
