There are few actors working today with the pedigree of Michael Fassbender and Alicia Vikander, so naturally it was a pleasure to sit down with the pair to discuss their latest project, The Light Between Oceans.
We spoke about working with Derek Cianfrance and their thoughts on the director’s insistence the cast and crew lived together in a remote location for a number of weeks leading up to the shoot. We also touch upon the viewer’s moral compass concerning the actions of the protagonists, and moving between blockbuster and indie endeavours, particularly aimed at Vikander, soon to begin work on the Tomb Raider reboot where she plays the iconic Lara Croft.
The Light Between Oceans is released on November 1st.
