With the Hank Williams biopic I Saw the Light finally hitting screens across the UK, we had the pleasure of speaking the man at the helm, writer/director Marc Abraham.
In London to promote the release of this endeavour, the director discusses the joy in working with his leading man Tom Hiddleston and what he makes of the new audience the star could attract to this project. He also speaks about the archetypal biopic, and how he sought to subvert expectations.
I Saw the Light is released in the UK on May 6th.
