Earlier this week, Bill Murray was asked for his thoughts on the four actresses who should make up the rumoured female team of Ghostbusters set to appear in Paul Feig’s planned reboot of the franchise.

Those names were Melissa McCarthy, Linda Cardellini, Emma Stone, and Kristen Wiig, and the actress who starred in The Secret Life of Walter Mitty last year has now responded to his suggestion/endorsement in a recent interview at the Toronto International Film Festival.

“I will do whatever Bill Murray tells me to,”

she joked, but refused to reveal whether she might end up joining the cast of Ghostbusters and reteaming with Feig after he directed her in Bridesmaids.

Her co-star from the upcoming The Skeleton Twins Bill Hader, added:

“I don’t want to pressure you, but you should do it… And you should have a friend, who’s, like, a guy who has to carry around your proton pack.”

The next Ghostbusters was originally intended to be a sequel to the first two classic movies, but plans changed recently and it has instead become a reboot and possibly some sort of loose follow-up. There’s no word on a release date or any sort of confirmed cast, but stay tuned to HeyUGuys for updates!
