This prosaic epilogue, spoken over the closing shots of the 80s US TV series, resonates with nostaglics of a certain age. Though it’s probable that most of those who are familiar with KITT, Devon and the Hoff as Michael would struggle to recall any actual moments from NBC series, the iconic red Cylon-esque light on the modified Pontiac Trans-Am sends them way back to a different time.
And, LEGO are hoping, a different dimension. Along with the Ghostbusters, Goonies and the like, Michael Knight and his A.I. infused car are the subject of a new Dimensions pack, and you can see the two of them in LEGO form below.
Looks great right? Not as great as this fan-made prototype though…
