The Spider-Man: Homecoming cast is already massive, but now another major addition has been made in the form of Jon Favreau. The Jungle Book helmer obviously directed the first two Iron Man films and made cameo appearances in both of those as Tony Stark’s bodyguard/driver Happy Hogan. He would later reprise the role in Shane Black’s Iron Man 3.

Now, with Robert Downey Jr. set to appear as Iron Man in the reboot, it seems Marvel decided to add Happy to the mix as well. What exactly he’ll be doing in Spider-Man: Homecoming is a mystery as of right now, but this is yet another tie to the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe for the Sony Pictures movie which Marvel has creative control over.

Considering the fact that we still haven’t seen a trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, a first look at Spider-Man: Homecoming is probably still some time away. Here’s hoping some official character details are revealed sooner rather that later though as fans have been going nuts trying to figure out where all of the movie’s different actors (see below) fit into things.

Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland, Robert Downey Jr., Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Logan Marshall-Green, Donald Glover, Kenneth Choi, Hannibal Buress, Michael Mando, Bokeem Woodbine, Abraham Attah, Angourie Rice, Martin Starr, Michael Barbieri, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Zendaya, and several others. The movie is currently set to be released on July 7th, next year. You can learn all about the movie by clicking right here.
