Jackass-Presents:-Bad-Grandpa-PosterThe first trailer for Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa set the tone brilliantly, and things have been looking good for this year’s surprise comedy ever since.

Due out at the end of the month, Paramount has been doing a great job of promoting the film, which was only announced over the summer, when the studio pushed back Paranormal Activity 5, revealing that the previously-rumoured Bad Grandpa had already been filmed and was ready to fill the October slot.

With just a few more weeks to go before it hits cinemas, a new clip has landed over on Yahoo Movies, giving an extended look at one of the many great moments in the trailer.

86 year-old Irving Zisman is on a journey across America with the most unlikely companions, his 8 year-old Grandson Billy in “Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa”. This October, the signature Jackass character Irving Zisman (Johnny Knoxville) and Billy (Jackson Nicoll) will take movie audiences along for the most insane hidden camera road trip ever captured on camera.

Along the way Irving will introduce the young and impressionable Billy to people, places and situations that give new meaning to the term childrearing. The duo will encounter male strippers, disgruntled child beauty pageant contestants (and their equally disgruntled mothers), funeral home mourners, biker bar patrons and a whole lot of unsuspecting citizens.

Real people in unreal situations, making for one really messed up comedy.

Jackson Nicoll stars as the pint-sized Billy alongside Knoxville as the 86-year-old Irving Zisman. And, as ever, the blend of script and improve here should make for a lot of fun.

Jackass veteran Jeff Tremaine is behind the camera, once more directing from a script he co-wrote with Knoxville and Spike Jonze.

Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa will be launching in cinemas on October 25th in the UK and US, a release date not to be missed. Here’s the latest clip to tie you over.
