This week sees the release of Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar, a film which is highly anticipated and, so far, critically divisive.
There is no doubting Nolan’s ambition, though his previous films have been criticized for piling on exposition and focusing on spectacle at the expense of emotion. In this interview James Kleinmann asks Chastain about this aspect of Interstellar as well as the ‘Independent’ feel of working on a Christopher Nolan set.
