Gil Kenan is a relative newcomer to the scene with Poltergeist as his third feature film.
Following his first two imaginative features City of Ember and Monster House, Kenan is an extremely creative filmmaker with an excellent grasp on building suspense and delivering many a jolt to the audience member.
We got the chance to sit down with Kenan to find out what his initial reaction was to being asked to helm the remake of one of the greatest horror films of all time.
