Three years ago, Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, and Jason Sudeikis set the box office alight with Seth Gordon’s Horrible Bosses. Though the film never made it to #1, it racked up more than $200m. worldwide, and the boys are back for more next month in the anticipated sequel, Horrible Bosses 2.

Opening opposite Mockingjay’s second weekend, chances are that it won’t reach number one this time around either, but with this latest trailer adding to the hilarious footage we’ve seen already, things nevertheless look very good for the trio’s second time out.

Fed up with answering to higher-ups, Nick (Bateman), Dale (Day) and Kurt (Sudeikis) decide to become their own bosses by launching their own business in “Horrible Bosses 2.” But a slick investor soon pulls the rug out from under them. Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor’s adult son and ransom him to regain control of their company.

Jennifer Aniston, Jamie Foxx, and Kevin Spacey return alongside the leading trio, with Chris Pine, Christopher Waltz, and Jonathan Banks topping the newcomers.

Sean Anders (Sex Drive) directs from a script he co-wrote with past collaborator John Morris (We’re the Millers) and co-writers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein (Horrible Bosses).

Horrible Bosses 2 will be released in the US on November 26th, with its UK release following on November 28th.
