Given that this is the first season of the show neither book-readers nor show-watchers have any knowledge of (George R. R. Martin is still writing the next book, The Winds of Winter) each new image and every piece of footage is golden for fans of A Song of Ice and Fire.
Here’s the new video, it contains a few notable scenes – namely what is thought to be another flashback featuring Ned Stark and his sister Lyanna (which would point to a certain well-founded theory being finally revealed), the Battle of the Bastards making up the huge armies on display and there are fan favourites Dany and Tyrion making an appearance. Who knows what else is lurking in the backgrounds…
