When we last saw Frank Underwood (stop reading now if you’re not up to date with House of Cards), he had finally achieved his goal of becoming President of the United States. After two years of seeing him do anything and everything to reach the Oval Office, it should be fascinating now to see what happens next!

However, even though Frank (Kevin Spacey) and his wife Claire (Robin Wright) have achieved their goal, things are looking tense between them in this new trailer which premiered during the Oscars tonight (keep up to date with all the winners by clicking here). As it that wasn’t enough, Frank finds himself in the hot seat here as he gears up for his 2016 campaign. Could their House of Cards be about to come crashing down?

House of Cards was considered a huge risk when Netflix first announced that they had committed to a $100 million 26-episode run, but it paid off big time, opening the door to Orange is the New Black and more.

Plot details are still scarce, but seeing Frank as President should shake things up quite a bit. House of Cards has been a massive hit for the streaming service, and one of its many accomplishments was becoming the first original online-only series to receive major Emmy nominations. Space won a Golden Globe last month.
