3. American Pie – The Pie
Probably one of the most famous food related scenes committed to celluloid. Jason Bigg’s Jim has reached that point in his adolescence that every boy does, when his whole focus of being has become the pursuit of sex. Jim, however, is hardly the smoothest, and has to take his pleasures where he can get them.
Having tired of the tube sock, however, he hears a story about the feeling of a warm pie. One day in the kitchen, his eye is caught by a juicy looking one. Unable to resist, he attacks it, slowly at first, but then with gusto. His Dad, as per the rules of comedy, chooses that moment to enter the kitchen. Cue embarrassment all around.
