We caught a glimpse of the Batmobile when Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder released the first official image of Ben Affleck fully suited up as the Caped Crusader.
However, the past 24 hours or so have seen a variety of poor quality set photos of the iconic vehicle doing the rounds on the Detroit set of the highly anticipated movie which is set to be released in 2016.
Well, perhaps in a bid to counter this, Snyder has once again taken to Twitter to reveal our first official look at the newly designed Batmobile in its entirety! Many fans are already calling this the best ever big screen version of The Dark Knight’s trademark vehicle, and it’s not really hard to see why.
When it was first revealed, some compared it to the Tumbler from Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy, but any similarities are clearly minor and now much harder to see. This is a real beast of a Batmobile which pays homage to many of the different versions seen in the comic books throughout the years.
