Warner Bros. released the first official image of Henry Cavill as Superman a little earlier this year (if you missed it, you can check it out by clicking here), but now the first photo of the British actor on the set of the Zack Snyder helmed movie has found its way online courtesy of MTV News and Twitter user @rprez2012.
However, unlike in that moody official image, we can see here that the colour scheme of this suit is far close to that of the comic books and is much brighter than the one used for 2013’s Man of Steel.
That may not seem like a big deal, but many fans will welcome a cosmetic change such as this, and there’s no denying the fact that it simply looks much better overall. Those of you who are particularly eagle eyed might also notice that Cavill has a slightly different hairstyle for this movie too!
The cast of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice also includes Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Tao Okamoto, Holly Hunter, and Scoot McNairy. It was recently revealed that the movie will be released on March 25th, 2016.
