This new poster for The Woman in Black places its lead front and centre, albeit with a sinister shadow over his shoulder.
It seems like we’ve been waiting for this film for a long, long time and in just under a month we’ll get to see if Susan Hill’s ghost story is as effective on screen as it has been on stage.
Adapted by Jane Goldman the film is directed by James Watkins and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Ciarán Hinds, Janet McTeer, Alisa Khazanova, Mary Stockley, Lucy May Barker.
Empire unveiled the poster which, if you look past the pasted face of Mr. Radcliffe, is a pretty spooky image and should serve as the final tease for Hammer’s latest horror which finally enters UK cinemas on the 10th of February.
A young lawyer (Radcliffe) travels to a remote village where he discovers the vengeful ghost of a scorner woman is terrorizing the locals.
