Chappie hits UK cinemas this coming Friday and we can’t wait to see the third feature film by Director Neill Blomkamp. His name may not be familiar to you but he’s the man who brought both District 9 and Elysium to your cinematic door. District 9 took the world by storm along with its leading man Sharlto Copley who has appeared now in all three of Blomkamp’s films.
Copley plays the role of Chappie – a robot created to try and make the world a better place although as you’ll see from the trailer, things dont go to plan. You’ll struggle to see much of Copley in the movie unless you watch some behind the scenes footage as all his work was done in a motion capture suit.
Chappie stars sci-fi legend Sigourney Weaver alongside Hugh Jackman who all appear in our exclusive alternative artwork with ‘Chappie’ himself for the movie below designed to make them digital.
