Another new batch of official images from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice have been revealed along with three very cool pieces of concept art depicting the two iconic heroes.

Meanwhile, Jeremy Irons (who plays Alfred Pennyworth in the movie) has shed some light on what we should expect from his take on the character, a version who is said to be more hands-on and reportedly has a special ops background. “I knew we would be finding a different angle on Alfred,” the actor tells Empire. “So I thought of him as my own.”

“Alfred has lived longer than Bruce, and so perhaps has a clearer perspective on life,” Irons continues. “As well as having been in loco parentis to Bruce, his only remit in life is to protect him. And, as those of us who have raised children, let alone Batmen, will know, that is quite a wide remit. He’s a man who can actually do anything if he has to.” This sounds like a very interesting take on Alfred then, and it should be fascinating to see his dynamic with Batman.

Starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Laurence Fishburne, Gal Gadot, Jeremy Irons, Scoot McNairy, Ezra Miller, and Jason Momoa, Batman v Superman hits on March 25th, 2016. Be sure to check out the latest poster for the movie right here!
