Daniel Craig returns to the big screen in Skyfall this autumn in the role we all know and love him for: James Bond. The name alone has global recognition like few do, and we can’t wait to see the latest instalment in the Bond franchise.
Having most recently caught Craig front and centre in a new UK banner for the film last month, we’ve now got five new images of the leading man to share.
“In SKYFALL, Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.”
Craig once more has an excellent cast joining him, headed up by Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Bérénice Marlohe, Naomie Harris, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, Ola Rapace, and Dame Judi Dench.
Sam Mendes (American Beauty) makes his Bond debut behind the camera, directing from a script by Bond-frequents Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, and the great John Logan (Gladiator, Coriolanus).
Skyfall will be released in regular and IMAX theatres on 26th October here in the UK, followed by a 9th November release in the US. The first full-length trailers are both immense, and set the anticipation even higher for what promises to be one of the best action-thrillers of the year.
