Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained is rightfully one of the most anticipated films of the year.

Tarantino is well known for making some of the finest and most unique films in recent decades, and his latest ventures will always be something to look forward to, and Django Unchained is no different.

Hitting US theatres in less than a month on Christmas Day, we’ve seen more than enough to convince us it’s another slam dunk for the writer-director, and now two new sixty-second TV spots have debuted online, giving us still more to look forward to.

“Set in the South two years before the Civil War, DJANGO UNCHAINED stars Academy Award(R)-winner Jamie Foxx as Django, a slave whose brutal history with his former owners lands him face-to-face with German-born bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Academy Award(R)-winner Christoph Waltz). Schultz is on the trail of the murderous Brittle brothers, and only Django can lead him to his bounty. The unorthodox Schultz acquires Django with a promise to free him upon the capture of the Brittles–dead or alive.”

Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, and Leonardo DiCaprio lead a terrific cast, starring alongside Kerry Washington, Samuel L. Jackson, Jonah Hill, Don Johnson, and Walton Goggins.

Tarantino is naturally once more directing from his own script, reuniting with executive producers Bob and Harvey Weinstein.

Django Unchained will be unleashed in US theatres on Christmas Day, and will be coming to our shores slightly later for an 18th January release, and you know it’s going to be well worth the wait. For now, here are the latest great TV spots to help make the wait that little bit easier. Or, depending on how you look at it, that little bit worse, given how awesome it’s going to be. Enjoy.
